MEET THE PERSON BEHIND THE LENS

Hello! I am Brette Robertson.

I love love. So, that's why I wanted to pursue photography. My background is in film, but I believe photography is just a selection of frozen images that create a story like a film. I studied filmmaking at The University of Colorado, Boulder, and have been making movies and taking pictures since I first picked up a camera at 12 years old. The lens of the camera is how I see the world, and I love capturing the love and beauty that is in the world.

Photography is like poetry, only visual. There are so many stories and meanings one picture can portray, it all depends on who's looking at the photo and whether they are paying enough attention.


My goal is to capture beautiful in-between moments that make your story so special
